I had the most wonderful experience at Blue Frog Therapy in York. The space is professional, clean, warm and inviting — exactly what you want when you’re going in to unwind. My massage was such a lovely spoil, and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend!

Nikita is amazing. Made me feel totally at ease and relaxed and her massage techniques really touched on the spots I needed tending to. Will definitely be going back again at some point.
